Commercial Aquatic Services, Inc. was founded in 2004 by David Woodland to address the overwhelming consumer need for a reliable aquatic sales and service company. C.A.S. offers commercial swimming pool equipment, supplies, services, and repair to School Districts, Colleges, Cities, Government, Country Clubs, Swim Schools, Home Owner Associations, and YMCAs.
In 2009 we launched our commercial chemical delivery division and in 2010 we published our official Commercial Aquatic Equipment Catalog. Our commitment to deliver quality sales, service, and repair workmanship to our customers has earned us a reputation that speaks for itself, “Service You Can Trust”.

Rheanna Connor serves as the CAS general manager. She is the hub of the CAS team and operates as the main support system for our service, sales, chemical, accounting and executive divisions. Throughout her career, Rheanna has had significant involvement in almost all aspects of the pool industry, including: dispatch, operations management, customer service, software development, recruiting and team building. Given her experience in almost every facet of the industry, Rheanna believes that her focus on quality customer service and promotion of positive team building is the key to her growing success.
Chase Rodriguez is one of our Solution Specialists at Commercial Aquatic Services, Inc. With six years of pool industry experience, Chase is part of our sales department where he assists our customers in parts of Los Angeles County, the majority of Orange County, and all of Imperial, Kern, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties. Chase also assists in instructing the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) courses performed throughout the year. In his two years with CAS, Chase has acquired three of the largest service contracts in the 13 years since CAS was founded, including one which led to the creation of a brand new division. In addition to his sales and administrative experience, Chase is also holds certifications as an Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
Billy serves as our commercial applications specialist. He works with municipalities, unified school districts, colleges, and private aquatics facilities to increase efficiencies, upgrade equipment, and provide onsite emergency repair assessment. Billy has successfully consulted facility upgrades in water wise filtration, variable frequency drive systems, main circulation pumps, chemical control automation, gas efficient HVAC, and seismic/ fire safe HAZMAT storage. Billy is responsible for pump room renovations for the City of Pico Rivera, Biola University, Brea Olinda High School District and countless other systems in the region. Billy provides responsible guidance in system management to ensure reliable, effective operation.
Solution Specialist Brandon Moore is no stranger to the pool and spa industry having spent 3 years as a bulk chemical delivery driver and the last 2 years managing sales in the Los Angeles area. With hands-on experience, Brandon has been able to refine his knowledge and understanding of every step in keeping your pool functioning properly so everyone can enjoy their experience while knowing they are safe!
Katie Coates serves as the CAS Service Coordinator. Her goal is to facilitate speedy and accurate repairs and to maintain strong, lasting relationships with her customers. Katie’s experience lies in managing teams, facilities, and accounts for rapidly growing companies. As a result, she excels in rolling with the punches! As a certified AFO/CPO who has spent significant time in the field working as a technician, Katie has an unparalleled understanding of the administrative and technical tasks needed to work on commercial accounts.
Herbert Manansala came to Commercial Aquatic Services by way of the parks and recreation departments of the City of Los Alamitos and the City of Irvine. While working as an aquatics coordinator and pool manager at these cities he learned the inner and outer intricacies of the aquatic facility. His experiences have given him a firsthand education on everything from the front desk to the lifeguard tower and into the chemical room. Herbert began his career at CAS as the Customer Service Manager and has since become the Chemical Division Manager. As Chemical Division Manager Herbert handles scheduling, dispatching, and, chemical orders all while managing our fleet of delivery drivers. Herbert believes that by drawing on his previous work experiences and utilizing the support of the great team put in place that he will always work to provide Service You Can Trust.
